Ausable Chasm is a natural attraction that welcomes over one hundred thousand visitors every year. They come to see the Mighty Ausable River flowing between walls of Potsdam Sandstone towering at more than one hundred feet on either side. Being in the chasm is like being transported through history while looking at the numerous layers of rock that are many millions of years old and it is truly a privilege to get to work in this natural setting. On top of the natural sights, there are five miles of well-maintained trails, a mile long raft or tube ride through the lower part of the chasm, and many thrill seekers participating in the adventure activities. In any of the various positions available, you will be kept active and engaged regularly while working with the melting pot that makes up our massive customer base.

Ausable Chasm is a vacation destination, so it is expected that all employees are available for the July 4th and Labor Day weekends since those are easily the busiest times of the summer. With most employment opportunities being seasonal, hiring someone that is unavailable for large portions of the summer is not ideal; and candidates with open availability will have priority. It is best to notify us of any such dates on the questionnaire below.
For any other questions not listed on this page, feel free to email us at Jobs@AusableChasm.com and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.
