The primary occupants of any campsite must be over the age of 18.

Full payment is required on bookings of 1 night. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking with the balance due on arrival. Full contact details will be required at time of booking.

Rates are based on the first two people and one camping unit and two vehicles. Additional charges will apply, and will be added to your daily rate, for more than 2 adults, tents (on an RV site), and 50 amp service. *Additional Adults are $12.00 per person per night*

• Maximum of 8 persons with children per site.
• Children 17 years and under are free.
• Holiday weekends require a minimum 3-night stay.

Holidays include:

• May - Victoria Day, Memorial Day
• July - Fourth of July
• August - Canada Civic Holiday
• September - Labor Day
• October - Columbus Day

Pet Policy:

• Pets are welcome.
• All pets must be kept on a short leash.
• Owners are required to pick up after their pets, assure their quietness and ensure they are always attended to.
• Vaccination papers required.

Cancellation Policy:

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit of at least half your stay will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. Make your online reservations anytime, day or night, at campspot.com/book/ausable-chasm.  You'll receive a confirmation email from the campground once you complete your reservation.

Need to Cancel?

‍If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 1-518-834-9990 before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $20.95 cancellation fee.  Email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.

*In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.*

RV & Tent Sites:

Camping Cabins:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.  Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

No refunds will be issued for early check out
